Brilliant ! Miles from home, needed tyre sorted and the locals in a pub recommended the place. Friendly and helpful even though they seemed really busy. Bloke called Wayne I think, even made a cuppa while I waited ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I took my incident prone Citroen C3 vehicle into Pannal Motors two days ago with the aid of the AA.
It transpires that the alternator had packed in.
I left the car with them, expecting it likely to be a week or so before I heard anything. They are a busy garage.
To my amazement, I received a call from Pannal, less than 36 hours after I had taken the vehicle in. It was ready - the alternator replaced.
I was considering hiring a vehicle for 5 days until my car was repaired. Saved that expense.
I have praised Pannal Motors before and this is just another occasion when they have produced the goods.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish , super efficient at diagnosing the issue, ordering the parts and booking the car in despite a Bank Holiday. The price was really good , all the staff friendly and courteous! I’m new to the area and will definitely be making this my local garage for future repairs -hopefully don’t have a visit back for a while . Thanks to all the Team for a job well done!

Picked my car up today after using this garage for the first time. My 2003 VW Golf VR6 had faulty fans and they diagnosed the reason and advised me on the best course of action, which was to change both fans as one was completely dead and the other was temperamental. Both fans now working properly and it was done at a reasonable price considering it is a twin fan system on this car and both needed to be changed.
I always get anxious when leaving my cars at a new garage and trust they won't do anything dodgy to it and will do the job properly. I've had honesty/trust issues in the past in terms of other garages causing cosmetic damage or not being competent enough to repair the car properly and giving it back to me with issues or lights on dash that were not present before!! So I'm very glad I've found another local garage to take my cars when I need things fixed. Their customer service is also great. They were good from start to finish and communicated properly the entire time, consulting me before doing any work. I also quickly stopped off there previously as my other car was having issues with the xenon lights. I had new bulbs I needed fitting, they done it straight away on the same day and didn't even charge me for it. I would highly recommend this garage if you need repairs done and are precious about your car, knowing its being left in good hands. ????
Great guys. Trustworthy and reliable place. Reasonable prices too. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
