Delicious yet cheap chinese takeaway place in Wantage. Chef is happy to twitch according to personal taste. Always a favourite!
We ordered a takeaway last night for my son birthday. It was amazing. Love the vidaloo noodles and the aromatic lamb. Will definitely come back.
Used to be my regular take away after darts night
Went tonight, my meal cost 10.20, gave them 15 pounds And got 80p back
Asked about it and they argued, I figured I don't care that much so sod it.
Then I got the food, literally dry fried chicken no sauce and dry rice
I was here twice a week pre lockdown
I won't be back now
Bring back the old management

**RECENTLY CHANGED HANDS** this used to be a good Chinese, I’m lead to believe that Peking Dynasty have just taken it over and it’s now rubbish for a few reasons. I once went to Peking Dynasty when I didn’t know any better and waited aaages to get my food. When I got it, I was really surprised by the portion sizes. These guys try and save a penny wherever they can. The Tupperware containers are like 60% full and things like the chow mein are bulked out with bean sprouts and very few noodles/chicken etc. Since pan cook changed hands I’ve noticed a big hike in the cost too. Got 6 dishes the other week and it came to well over £50. So you’re now getting less food for considerably more money. People will still use them because the options in Wantage are so limited. Go somewhere else if you can tho. Thank you.
Great food and in good time. Sometimes a wait on Saturday but I'm sure that's due to the volume of people wanting their lovely eats! Lovely lady who always serves us is always very friendly and makes the effort to remember her customers.
Use to live in Wantage now I live in Abingdon , but still get my Chinese food here , very friendly, awesome food never a bad dish., going over now to get some. 10 out 10 for me.
Just picked up a takeaway from here on Christmas Eve and it was excellent. Great service and the food was excellent. Very light in taste and none of that normal oily feel to it.
Decided to go New Years Eve as well, and the food and service was excellent.
Will be back again
