Don’t bother booking this venue , the owner is really unprofessional in dealing with clients and has no costumer service knowledge. He would make you feel like as he is doing you a favor. First he would give you a different price when you query for an event, then if you decided to book the services he would start charging you a different price and start adding hidden expenses. After several attempts of getting what we actually wanted and the price HE TOLD US , he decided to just ignore us. He will respond every 3-4 days and you will have to be chasing him … Also be prepared to take calls around 23:00pm and later as when you call him during normal working hours( the hours that he has advertised as open in Google) he doesn’t pick up and when he does is a rush conversation of 1 minute. Terrible.
The Walima ceremony at Palmtree Banqueting Hall on 16th February 2024 was a truly unforgettable experience. Dean, the owner, was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a seamless event was commendable. The customer service provided by Dean and his team was exceptional, making all guests feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the event. The decor was tastefully done, adding a touch of elegance to the venue. The food served was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, catering to the palates of all 130 guests. Dean's expertise in catering and event management truly shone through, making the celebration a resounding success. I wholeheartedly recommend Palmtree Banqueting Hall, thanks to Dean's exceptional leadership and commitment to excellence.
I nice place for functions that is run by a family who show good attention to detail. Prices are good and the service is very good.
Had my mendhi here and honestly so glad I went with Palm Tree. We decided to go for the dry hire however the staff and everyone were so friendly and helpful on the day. I went with their decor and they did it really nicely! Definitely recommend :)

Lovely venue for a nikkah I attended here. The food is yum and the service is really good.
Although I never liked this place when it was a buffet downstairs, I would have given them 1 star. But now that there is no resturant downstairs and just an empty venue upstairs I thought I'd review this place slightly differently.
So there is no aircon like everybody has been shouting about. When we were there last week the weather was cool anyway so it wasn't so bad inside. They had huge black fans on wheels to compensate for some who were feeling the heat.
The venue upstairs is all dark decor and dingy. Maybe it's because the place turns into a night club every Friday night. The toilets were decent and were upto a good standard. I'd give this place 3 stars for now.
It's environment and decoration was so nice.
