Very poor. I have contacted the trading standards. He classed a drive shaft oil leak as an advisory in my car, when actually it was a flood.
When I made contacted, the staff who supposedly fixed the problem was away for 2 weeks in the Isle of man, the boss was sick and the only member of staff left couldn't do anything for me!!!
I received no apology from the boss, only that he didn't want to hear my complaint because he was sick, with a sarcastic 'thanks for caring'
I have been without a car for over a month unable to get to work properly, which is costing me money.
Stay away from PJ Autos!!!
The guys at PJ'S are great. I've had a car battery refitted (free of charge, just needed new bolt), more recently a full service. Excellent work, done to agreed timescales and prices are really good value. They're really helpful.

I have used PJ Autos for several cars over several years since moving nearby. They have always been friendly, helpful and when I have needed work done quickly have always managed to fit me in.
I have never had any problems with the standard of service offered and I intend to keep returning.
I can't recommend more than saying I keep going and will keep going.
