Really impressed with the recovery service again today. My van broke down with no gear selection. Technician Steve arrived within 40 minutes, as advised by text, and then managed to jury rig a repair so that I could drive home. As this was back in the direction of his depot, he followed me home to make sure I got back ok.
Highly recommend these guys!
Excellent service and communication, many thanks to the Recovery driver Andy for collecting myself and my wife from an awkward location whilst away on holiday near Symonds Yat East on the River Wye. Thanks to Duncan and the team who fixed the van at short notice. You are all superstars!!!
Very bad garage that passed a horse lorry with no advisories 5 days before I purchased it. Smelt fumes on the way home took it straight to a local garage to which I was horrified to fine the list of MOT failures was unreal. Completely unsafe and dangerous putting my self and horse at risk.
Would not advise this garage!
Had mot done on the 24th of August 21.and been going there for the last couple of years and I have been pleased with the service as nothing seem to be to much trouble for them to help if they can I have been treated with from all the staff and how quick they seem to be and how thorough they are aswell I would recommend them to my family and friends to go there keep up the good work.
We were recovered by Mick from Overbrook via Green Flag, our journey with caravan from Newent to Stoke was a joy, they are a very professional outfit, very polite and safety conscious. Thank You Overbrook.. Dave
