I have been yesterday in this pharmacy to pick up my prescription and one of the medicine was for acid reflux. I have asked that man if I should be worried about any side effects, in particular vomiting, he has mentioned that I shouldn’t worry about it and the medicine is safe to take! I got home and opened the leaflet to see the one of the common side effects(1 in 10!!) was vomiting, plus there were another horrendous common side effects(1 in 10!!!). I went back for a refund because I couldn’t take this medicine because it could make me very poorly, so they have refused to refund me because I opened the box! If he would have been honest about it, we wouldn’t have been in that situation! That was a total lack of care and professionalism! How can we trust this people if they are not honest/knowledgeable(he admitted he can’t remember all the side effects this medicine has! He could have just said he has no clue, but he encouraged me to take it and said it is safe to do so)?! I just paid for a prescription I can’t take!
Went in because I needed something for a sore throat, I wanted something like cough medicine, because I've found it's the best thing to relieve a sore throat, but the very rude woman refused to sell me what I wanted because I didn't have a cough. Extremely unprofessional...
Rude staff, one item incorrect had to return following day. Always have to wait because it's never ready even though it's the same repeat every month. Have now got Lloyd's to deliver cannot cope with the stress.
Asked for an over counter ear spray. On her condescending tone she kindly ask to call 111 or gp appointment. Just because I have an accent, doesn't mean I'm stupid. When she has a heart attack, I suggest she should do the same just experience the reality of NHS waiting times and reasoning.. ????
All of the staff are grumpy and rude apart from Emma who was always helpful

Got my medication 3 days ago...staff were nice .
Google says they open at 9am, however the pharmacy decide to answer the phone at 9.30am. No automated message advising what time to call back just an old fashioned dial up tone.
