The treatment i've had and will be having with Dr Brown will be completed to the top care he can give im sure. However the waiting times are a little crazy, for example yesterday I attended at 14:00 and didnt get seen till 15:00, and today i attended at 10:00 and Dr Brown didnt see me till around 11:30. Top dentist, just long waiting times. My tip is if you work book your appointments towards the end of the day.
The Doctor is just shameless! He's late every day and for hours. Last Wednesday, he was 45 minutes late, which is a blessing but this week, he is late by 1 hour and a half. He'll postpone the treatment or just doesn't do what he has prescribed last time because he's short of time. He rushes through the appointment as well.
Avoid at all costs. Absolute hole. If you fancy wasting a few hours of your life this is the place to come. First time I came I had to wait an hour and a half, whilst multiple others arrived and the waiting room was packed full of people stood up as there are only 3 seats. Covid what? Seems they over book appointments regularly. Second time I had an appointment at 09.45am and the dentist didn't rock up until 10.30am with out as much as a 'sorry to keep you waiting' which is really frustrating. Here now and there's 15 people crammed into a tiny waiting area, people have been waiting hours and are quite rightly fuming.... I'm only here due to the fact its impossible to get into any dentists at the moment and I was desperate. But on reflection I think i'd rather let my teeth fall out.

But he does go above and beyond a lot of other dentists for his patients.
Just be prepared to be a little patient when going to appointments and allow extra time.
As he like to do the best he can for everyone he see and that means he can over run at times.
But all worth it if you can get on his list.
Been sat here an hour and a half, appointment for my 12 year old stepson was supposed to be at 10:15 but as of yet the dentist is still not even here. I understand things can happen but perhaps hire another dentist who can bank or be a locum for such emergencies? According to other patients also sat waiting, this is a regular occurance so something should be put into place to stop it happening surely?
Stay away from dr Brown, when i had child teeth , he put in tooth fillings for the ones that needed them, normal right? However 2 days after, the tooth fillings were loose and in my HANDS, save your teeth and stay away from him, i was lucky since they were only children teeth, but you might not get as lucky.
I wish I could give it -10000 stars! Worst experience ever. Been there twice and both time had to wait an hour. And the dentist is so bloody rude. Learn to show compassion to people in pain. Not visiting him again ever !!!!!!
The star above is way to much for this practice it just I can’t add my review without it.
Last year we have waited for two hours to see this dentist, this year they just cancelled my two children appointment twice over two weeks for no reason & when I said I am not happy the receptionist told me why you don’t go to other dentist, what a terrible place.
