Excellent service, even at 8:30pm last minute. Managed to get emergency tablets and spoke to a nice and pleasant pharmacist on the phone. Shame I don’t live closer to use them more.
The problem with this pharmacy is the inexperienced staff. They are not familiar with their computer systems. Two of the workers kept telling me that my PRESCRIPTION 'WAS NOT THERE’, and only after my persistence did the third worker find it in the computer. Additionally, the night before, I called to check whether my medication was available, and a worker told me they had one box left. However, the next day, the third worker in the pharmacy advised me that they did not have it available and that they haven’t had the medication for a while.
Furthermore, the system allowing only three customers inside while others must wait outside is very uncomfortable, especially during winter months.
Staff are very nice polite Can take a long time to get your medication but they could really really do with answering the phone once in a while
Great experience today. Our GP pharmacy didn’t send my husbands repeat prescription and they had closed before we found out. He didn’t have enough medication to last until Tuesday when the GP pharmacy reopens after Easter. This pharmacy sorted everything out for us in minutes, at 7pm, I wish we lived nearer!
Given the opportunity, I would rate them negatively without hesitation. The customer service they provided was utterly appalling—rude, unprofessional, and lacking in knowledge. It is my firm belief that they should be prohibited from operating a business.
Fantastic pharmacy. Professional, efficient and awesome in an emergency. I am a recovering cancer patient with epilepsy and steroid induced diabetes. Not only have the amazing people at Numark been empathetic and utterly professional with me, in making sure my meds are up to date but also with my dad who is a heart patient with cancer and dementia. They are well stocked, fast and very caring.
Fast service but poor level of advice. Asked for eye drops for child's conjunctivitis. The server went to ask the pharmacist, came back and put drops on the counter and showed me the card machine. No further words, no advice that I was getting an antibiotic or that it should be stored in the fridge and discarded after 5 days.
Very helpful and knowledgeable and open on Easter Sunday
