If I could give 0 star I would took car in with a leak in the clutch master cylinder to then be told didn't tell receptionist when we did......anyways received the invoice and It states that there was no leak when there was partner had shown the mechanic the pic we took 2 days before taking it to the garage he said "that wasn't there when we got it". I'm not trained or a mechanic and I found it within 5mins.....also the garage was trying to charge 1200 for replacement clutch plate and flywheel claiming the clutch plate was twisted 50mins labour and 36 pounds we got charged for........you'd have to drop the subframe and take the gearbox out just to get to the pressure plate which is about a 4-5hour job within itself.
So we know there was no possibility that they could even look at this part within this time ????just trying to get money out of people seems to try pull the wool over your eyes

I've used this garage for years. They are always quick to see you, reliable and fair. I feel like they've always tried to get me the best deal for whatever work I've needed doing.... so I definitely trust them.
Second time ive used Norwich Road Garage for yearly MOT, picked my car up and delivered it back all within 3 1/2 hours. Very friendly and reliable. Will definitely use them again

Took my car here for an MOT yesterday.
They failed my car on my full beam light bulbs not working. My full beam is used regularly and I know it was working when I took my car in.
I went and had the bulbs replaced elsewhere. It turns out it wasn’t the bulbs. Someone had removed my F12 fuse from the fuse box.
This garage wanted to charge me £45.00 to put my own fuse back into my car!!!!
I definitely did not remove my own fuse in my own car so that it would fail an MOT.
Disgusting behaviour from these people. How many others have they ripped off for hundreds or thousands of pounds!!!
