Spark plugs needed changed on my C3, called a few local garages - this place wasn't the cheapest but definitely reasonable and the location was super handy for me so ended up booking my car in. Service was friendly in person & on the phone, got booked in quickly, work was finished on time. No complaints! Would use this garage again.
Got my MOT done here. Friendly bunch of characters. Cannot fault the work however they said work would be done by a time and I had to wait the next day. Not a big issue but maybe a little more transparency would of been good . Still giving them 5 stars for their friendly staff and good work done at a fair price.i will defo be going back. Cheers lads
Superb service from the chaps at Northwest. Fitted me in for MOT at last minute and were super helpful throughout.

Only gave this garage one star because you cannot give it any less, if you could I would give it minus 100, work was completed ok but they then lost my car key, apparently left it in someone else's car. They offered to call all the customers and paid for taxi's for the first day after I insisted I would not be out of pocket, then offered me a loan car ( which looked and felt like it had come from the scrap yard) until they got a replacement key made, I was told on Thursday that the car would go to Toyota on the Friday, I drove past the garage on the Sunday to find my car sitting on the street outside, unlocked and not secure in any way.
When I complained on Monday morning I was told " we are trying to be nice to you" . WRONG!! You should be sorting out the problem you created, I left after telling them they had 2 more days to sort it or I would do it myself and Bill them for it, only to get a call 20 minutes later to say the key has been handed in, bit of a coincidence, WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN and would not recommend them to anyone , their attitude stinks, it's almost as if they are saying it's not their fault things go wrong, sorry but it is, put some procedures in place to prevent this happening
Have also heard since of them losing other people's keys and even farming MOTs out to other garages and forgetting where they've sent the customers cars

Amazing service. They helped me out when my keys locked inside the car when it was about minus 8 degrees earlier this week.
They managed to get me back in the car within minutes and no damage. They did it for free as well. Can’t fault them ????????

I went in for a check up, due to my engine not running correctly. The staff are friendly and approachable and was eager to find out what was wrong with my car, when explained they took my number and would give me a ring, when they had fixed my car.
The garage is in a Great location as well, close to some shops and few minutes away for a nice walk along the river, so peaceful and relaxing, time flies to then have the phone call your cars fixed.
When i returned, they greeted me presenting my fixed car and runs so smoothly now. Very greatful for this garage and its staff definitely be back!!!!
The staff were amazing, helping me out in an emergency. They were kind and helpful, prioritising the work I needed doing so I could get back in the road. Outstanding service, thank you!
