Booked in, only to have a headlamp bulb replaced and to get a quote for another job and book in for that. Both jobs were done within an hour. Very reasonable price. The bonus was the mechanic was very polite, friendly, and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
Since Tom has retired , I would strongly recommend to go else where, it is not the same garage !! All the Mechanic have left and they now have inexperienced Mechanic there....the service is very poor, the Mechanic all need to go back to college and re train..I have never been insulted in my life from the management. It took 5 months to sort out one fault , going back a fore I completely had a nightmare, So i got the husband to sort it out as i were getting no where..the worse experience in my life from any sector???? I am being very nice giving them 1 star ..! That is because they always have room To fit your car in .but i now know why !! The pricing is a laugh ..i strongly Advise to use a different garage !!! If you use these you will be disappointed ????.
Since Tom retired, and the business was sold to Macadam, its just gone down hill and I will not be using them again.
The wife took her Q3 in for a timing belt change, when it was finished and release she drove it home and it over heated, the stupid mechanic didn't test drive it, and didn't connect all the coolant pipes. When this issue was reported to the garage, I was told to fill it with water and drive it back, haha what a joke... told them to collect it.
Next came the oil pressure switch after an AA breakdown, report was given to the garage, and the switch was replaced. 5 mins after collecting the car, the fault appeared again. Rang the garage, and there suggested it was the oil pump, that was changed with a bill of around £800 (£500 paid by AA).... You would think it would have been fixed..no the fault came back, with car going into limp mode, the garage said there had exhausted all there could do and stated we should take it to another garage, so i took it to Audi in Blackburn for a health check.....After a meeting with the garage, North Valley, now Macadam about this issue, it was book back in to resolve (only because of the Audi report). The garage had to bring in an auto electrical engineer from another garage and surprise surprise he found the fault, it has 2 sensors, not one. (£20 each) and another bill of £100, even after the garge said it would be free. This garage is a joke and I wouldn't recommend anyone users it. All the good mechanics have since left due to how it's run, and now its run with apprentice and inexperienced staff who haven't got a clue..
First time using North Valley Motors. Tom was a friendly face that gave advice and was professional throughout. Body work is fantastic! Also really useful that they have courtesy cars. Thanks team!
Great repair garage. They always get to bottom of any issues and do a great job on time and friendly as well. I'd recommend them to anyone.
