I go here regularly and have been to many different chemists, some not good at all. Normanton Pharmacy IS one of the BETTER chemists to say the least, polite, helpful and considerate no matter what your situation might be, they have treated me with respect and kindness even when they are busy they still do NOT drop standards. I would HIGHLY recommend this chemist and staff to anyone. Kenneth Brough.
Have just been to Normanton pharmacy and the TEMPORARY pharmacist has just been really rude and had a shop full of people some just walking out as pharmacist unable to do the job he is paid for and when I asked for his name he REFUSED as he knows what a BAD job he was doing, don’t know how many people walked out as it was hard to say 6+ and got my medication wrong!!
Thankfully the usual PHARMACISTS are back and even got a call from the lady who runs this with husband, to apologise for the TEMPORARY agency staff treatment towards me which I really appreciate and am very pleased they are both back so am updating this review accordingly. Kenneth Brough.
Very helpful staff I will recommend everyone to go to this pharmacy
Not happy as i missed my medication today cus shut at 2pm when supposed to shut at 6pm so i had to use as i need my meds daily when somebody has to rely on a medication and pick it up daily the shop should not shut out of hours or I should be contacted to be informed that you are shutting early I've had to do something today I haven't done a while and I'm not pleased at all
I have been using this pharmacy for over 12 years, and I am genuinely surprised by the negative reviews. All the staff I have encountered have been helpful and accommodating. The pharmacist is is really nice, she is helpful, answers all questions and makes you feel welcome.
Good shop for regular pharma needs. Friendly shop keeper.
They are not good with their employees and very unprofessional people. Please be aware before you join them and don't buy anything from them to let them feel what they are doing.
Respect is everything here the customer is king they don't have the customer serving experience at all please avoid to go there

Really don't understand the bad reviews. I atend the pharmacy for around 14 years now . And always was extremely happy . The stuff was always happy to help.
