Food was of very poor standard, S/S chicken was over cooked and hard the noodles was all stuck together and didn’t have any flavour and the beef was like rubber, the curry was like water and absolutely no flavour, how can you order a meal and it’s ready in six minutes, will never go back there again, don’t know what has happened to this Chinese, as I have been going there for years, terrible food
Nearly forgetting my change, didn’t know how much money I gave them, I was charged more for what I was given and also I ordered a regular bag of chips and there was barley any in the bag my 6 year old niece could eat more the food was cold terrible experience tried to call and did not get an answer never again!!!
Amazing old school style Chinese. Tastes just like the Chinese takeaway I used to go to as a child in a different area. Highly recommend the duck pancakes and the soft noodles. Service when ordering delivery is always super efficient and a lovey delivery driver as well. Only criticism is that the prawn crackers are a bit thin but they still pop when you put them in the curry sauce so no star lost
Really nice food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shop us clean and functional butchers 'atmosphere' judgement isn't really rewvant. It's a takeaway.
Family ordered a Chinese from noble city and even though we had asked for the order repeated on the phone to ensure we had everything (which was confirmed) still turned up with missing food, which we phoned back to let them know. When spoken to on the phone with attitude even though it was their mistake we still tried to negotiate (in a tidy manner) and they had told us the food would be replaced with the correct order and the cold food returned, at the same time for no more confusion. They came to take the food with no replacements and kept our money which we then had to phone back to say we would like our money back as the service wasn’t good enough which on the phone the second time the attitude received was absolutely appalling and upsetting to a family member which she said ‘oh it’s not that bloody woman again is it’ shouting down the phone and not letting them get a word in. Can not believe the disgusting treatment of ‘paying’ customers from this place without even so much as an apology. If you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen and she needs too! Would never order from here again no one should be spoken too like this and we are sitting here with an upset family member and has ruined our night. ( above I had to click one star as couldn’t put none without posting, my real review is 0 stars )
We placed an order for three different households as a treat, because we cannot get together. The order was placed the night before for 7pm. 1st was delivered 7.30pm 2nd at 8.00pm and 3rd at 8.20pm totally disgusted with this service. Spoilt a good night. I also had to reheat ours up. When we were ringing to find out where our orders were no-one was answering. Will not be going back.
Ok Chinese food, rather bland. Stale chips. Overall our meal was disappointing considering the friendly service and fast delivery. 3* is being generous tbh.
Sooo good nice treat to have came in 7 minutes it was lush
