These guys are shocking - No 1 Garage and No1 Sales. I'd rather chew my arm off than deal with them again - Bought a used car, clutch went after 31 days (Oil leaking from clutch). Paid £350 for a "special deal" to get it fixed by them. The car was returned smelling of smoke and the inside was covered in oil. 2 months later, clutch has gone the AA said "you have oil leaking from your clutch"..... I'm on my way to trading standards with picture from a real mechanic of the poor job they did. Unbelievable, I'd ask them to fix it but I can't trust them

My partner and I bought a BMW from this garage on behalf of another seller called Daz. After 3 weeks, the car broke down and wouldn’t start, we had to call the AA multiple times to get the car recovered. Due to the car being under warranty, we took it back to the garage to be repaired. They had to car for an entire month before Daz said if the car wasn’t fixed by the weekend, we were entitled to a full refund. Miraculously, the car was fixed by the Friday of said weekend. After picking the car up and taking it home, the same problem occurred after 1 day. We took the car to a specialist and they told us the damage on the car would cost £2,500, we gave the garage the opportunity to pay for the repairs but they didn’t. My partner decided he wanted to take the car back and get a refund on the car due to the fact the car hadn’t been fixed AFTER A MONTH! Daz refused to issue a refund so we had to take this to the citizens advice. He spoke to his “manager” and arranged to give us a reduced refund of almost £1,000. Bear in mind the car was still under warranty but we didn’t trust him with the car to be repaired again. We agreed to the reduced refund based on the fact the hassle of fighting the garage wasn’t worth it, they are cowboys and knew exactly what they were doing.
I needed an MOT for my Mercedes vito van asap. Martin did a first class job and was very professional and polite. He has given me some excellent advice on my vehicle and I will be taking it back there soon for further work to be completed. Thanks guys for your first class service. Anthony
Absolutely fantastic service, i required my MOT done ASAP, another Big Named Centre (nearby) let me down without any notification prior to my arrival. So the guys at No1 fitted my car in there and then and completed it within an hour, it was much appreciated. Will be returning in a years time for the next MOT and service. Highly recommended
Great garage. Another garage had my car for 4 days before telling me they couldn't fix the issue. Spoke to Jay at No1 on a Saturday at midday, took car in at 3pm, fixed and ready to drive away by 5:30pm same day for a lower price than the other garage. Fixed a faulty numberplate bulb they noticed for no extra charge too. Professional and friendly throughout, highly recommended.

Took my car there today and even though it was a last minute call and they were really busy they told me that the car would be up and running in 3 hours maximum, when most garages said a week!!! Everything was done in a couple of hours and at a really competitive price. Really honest and organised place. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a garage that won't mess about.
