First class staff, very friendly, apologetic for the delay (waiting room was standing room only so hardly their fault). Nurses helpful and the doctor was very friendly and helpful, carefully explained everything, great personality. I was there just over 2 hrs all in(saw a nurse within the hour) which is not bad for a weekend afternoon and how many people were waiting to be seen.
Unorganised, shambolic, unhelpful, and no one wearing masks in a pandemic. While trying to avoid going A&E their “advice” was to see GP (2 month wait) or ring 111, last time I’ve used NHS services was 8 years ago and some how it’s worse now.
I use this place more than I use my doctors.. as all working people will know, you can't see your own gp nowadays. These see you within an hour and always help unlike when your ill and your local doc has a two week waiting list of work dodgers!.
Walked in fully expecting a 3 hour wait - the place was heaving (sadly with some who had a small cut on their finger, etc that could have been sorted with a plaster). I waited around an hour, was seen and out of there. Very professional from the receptionist to the consultation. Cannot praise the NHS enough along with the on site staff - thank you ????????????
From its shambolic design, who builds a medical centre on a hill with putting a car park underneath with lifts. The place is known as cardiac hill in the local community. Whoever gave planning consent to this place needs sacking ! To it’s sometimes quite arrogant staff who I’ve watched more or less ignore calls. As you can gather I’m not impressed.
Dreadful and pointless. With nothing more than a fairly average waiting room worth of people, I waited 4 hours before giving up and deciding I’d rather go untreated even if it means being ill longer. It’s farcical to refer to it as a “service”. Total waste of a morning.
The Triage nurse was lovely to my gf. Really listened to her. Saw the doctor, who listened to her chest and sent her away “with a bit of a cold”. 37 hours later I had to take her to hospital. She has pneumonia. Maybe you should hire better doctors. God knows how you can mistake pneumonia for a cold!?!?! If I could give 0 stars I would.
Brilliant service and staff. Treated in 20 minutes on a Sunday morning for a recurrent medical condition that just gets worse if left. Thank you so much everyone there for saving my day
