The navy club has come along way. Great entertainment. Even getting back in the big room named acts like Ray Lewis original lead singer from the drifters in 2019, Eban Brown lead singer from the Stylistics in 2019, loads of tribute acts, etc.
Very clean and anyone welcome.
I've only attended for private functions a couple of times, but always a warm welcome from staff.
Attended a funeral tea at this establishment. A very nice light & pleasant room. Plenty of room to park in car park.
The refreshments of hot drinks & sandwiches were nice & fresh & highly recommended.
Locals were nice & friendly.

Good community site for family parties etc. Facilities are fine. Family events room is well kept and had a small stage for performers. Not sure if hire costs though as I was a guest.
I live nearby and had to suffer the awful noise coming from there all day on Saturday 26th August...I would've hoped the Naval club would spare a thought for the local residents...clearly not. Whoever they had singing (female) in the afternoon was bloody awful and made my ears hurt as she murdered the songs she was "singing" she should not be allowed near a microphone any time in the near future.
Met there to celebrate someone's life who lived locally and drank there ....had a great pint and catch up. If only everywhere was as cheap to drink.
Great afternoon for Nightingale House some good stalls there too xx
