After phoning and being told an half hour and waiting am hour which is seeable for busy times to then be given chips that were mush chicken balls wet and soaking with the condensation off the bags which again is seeable to an extent but not to that effect.. layer of water over the top of every dish and pot of sauce. I called back asked for replacement to which i was told il cook it now another half hour. Ok... half hour later I call back to ask where the food is to be told she told me again I'm cooking it now... long story short 2 nd half hours later iv taken the food back my self and got money back.. always stated nams was a good chinease always if this is what they have slipped too I'm sorry I won't be back..
Best Chinese in area . Wish it was closer to me as its 40 mile round trip . But worth it
One of the best Chinese I had in Hawick.
No compromise on the quantity and quality .
Spicy flavoursome food.
Vile food , definitely not fresh at all , tasted like old out of date chicken , texture like chewing on paper . One of the most awful Chinese ever tried . Avoid !
Nice food friendly staff warm and welcoming
This was our favourite NOT anymore! The portions of rice are half the size they were. Both our meals were mainly bamboo shoots and carrot. I had prawn with cashews (which came in a separate pot....weird!). Even the prawn crackers were greasy. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

No taste other than monosodium glutamate.
So disappointed.
Prawn crackers were good, which was just as well as takeaway went in the bin!
Ordered prawn cocktail what a let down
No lettuce in bottom
Strips of green pepper onion and garden peas big chunks of cucumber and thick cut tomatoes .. yuck
Pity as prawns and sauce were ok
Never heard of peppers instead of lettuce
Also ordered bean sprouts with duck no bean sprouts ????
