I came here to have my MOT done but explained to the man that there is an oil leak and wanted to know if it would fail the MOT. He told me that the sign displayed meant I was low on oil but when he checked the dipstick there was no oil on the car so he put some and confirmed that there was a “minor” leakage. He also said my MOT would fail if I didn’t have break pads replaced along with other things. He quoted me a price but said if I pay cash he can do it for cheaper. I stupidly agreed and didn’t get an invoice, just my MOT certificate. A few days later the oil sign came up again so I went to top it up and to my surprise the cap was missing and there was oil EVERYWHERE. When I called the garage to confront them they said I only came in for an MOT and even denied carrying out other works. I threatened to call the police, they ordered me a spare part but refused to clean the oil spillage that was all over my engine and blowing out smoke . They also misplaced my locking bolt! I finally got an invoice but what’s listed on there is different to what he told me.
Called up, spoke to 'Leo' and asked if they had a certain branded tyres, he confirmed he had two of the same. I specifically told him to check again as I'm travelling from Wembley (1.5hrs away), for this specific brand.
On arrival, Leo bought out two different branded tyres and told me he did not check properly. I found this tremendously Incompetent of him. He didn't apologise either.
Manager told me his staff did not check properly, that was it. No discounts given on the other brand of tyres, or apologies offered either.
I wouldn't trust what they say on the phone. Does make me question how capable they are.

Called up on the off chance as I had a screw in my tyre. They told me to come down and replaced the tyre and advised me one more needs replacing. All the staff were great and attentive and was great value.
I called them for a second hand tyre, they said they have it and to come over, I go there with a flat tyre; NO TYRE AVAILABLE. How can we trust our family safety to the ones that they will do anything for a buck.
Sad.
Excellent went down thinking I needed 2 tyres... Told I only needed 1...10 mins later sorted and on my way... Jobs a goodun
