It was my first time visiting the place with a friend. We had a waffle with milkshakes. The milkshakes were not bad. It needs more flavour and i prefer a milkshake without whipped cream.
Really pretty and aesthetic ambiance - it’s a really well designed spot. The desserts were also nice, but not completely fresh-tasting. In my opinion, it wasn’t worth the price, but otherwise it’s a nice experience overall, and the customer service was great.
Best patisserie in Birmingham. Very nice ambience. Clean. Food was top notch. Mashallah. Service was excellent. Everything we have tried whether sitting in our taking out was to be honest better than any other similar dessert shop.
Milk cake (perfect level of sweetness and density), Rock cake, apple crumble, hedgehog, cheese cakes (just perfect), waffles (best that I have ever had), taste of Palm mojito is amazing.

I visited Ms Patisserie today, the shop is very clean with a lovely settings inside. Very helpful and friendly staff with good customer service.They have a great selection of dessert , they all look absolutely lush. I tried the pistachio milk cake as recommended and I must say I absolutely loved it, the cake was so moist, it's reminded me of the desi rasmalai. Looking forward to try more, highly recommend !
Nice decorations and atmosphere. I like the food, it is tasty and nicely presented. The staff is friendly. The four stars for forgetting to bring part of the order despite the place not being busy and considering that I only ordered four items ;)
Lovely place ,cute decor,delicious dessert ,not over priced .excellent customer service which made me leave review .the lovely lady who took our order she understood the assignment and served the way we wanted by splitting 1 dessert between 2 kids and with no extra charges.thank you for wonderful experience. Me and my brother visited Ms Patisserie in Hall Green today. As soon as we walked in we had a really excellent feeling that this would be our next favourite place for desserts and treats. Ms Patisserie have a large selection of desserts such as delicious milk cakes, french toast, Baklava and a large range of cold drinks which are perfect for this weather. This is a hidden gem which definitely needs to be tried out. The place is soo clean, chic and welcoming and the owner came over to tell us a bit about the place where it was nice to know that this place has a genuine purpose. The workers are so good at their jobs and this clearly shows when they are dealing with customers. I am definitely going back there soon. A big thumbs up from us all!
Ordered two French toasts was disgusting to eat was soggy and burnt mojito had no ice tasted bland and no straw was given. I spoke to a worker named Sana she was laughing at the situation I don’t understand what she found funny told me she made the mojito and she would never forget it said it must have melted when I live two minutes from the shop which was a ridiculous excuse she said there’s nothing she can do and all managers are ill and won’t be in for a week?? Quality of foood was appalling workers attitude was disgusting and on top of that no managers there to manage their own workers absolutely appalling customer service !.
