Booked an MRI scan on Monday 13th May on my left knee and was able to get an appointment same day, which was “great”. Paid for the Silver service which quoted at the time on the website 2 working days return for the Radiology Report. When I chased the report via email on Thursday 16th May, which was a good two working days from Monday, received a blunt email response it will be emailed to me ?. Today is Saturday and no sign of my report and the website has been changed to 7 working days for NEW bookings. Whilst the welcome received on my arrival at reception was very positive, the communication in getting my report or apology in delay is no where to be seen and awful !!! Not great “after service” when your customers are paying privately. Extremely disappointed customer.
Ok experience, easy to find and easy to find. Getting a quick appointment was also good, I did have to chase my report and received 7 days after my appointment instead of 2 days. On the day was given the cd.
The report is very basic but did ultimately help me
I have contacted MRI Plus twice through their webform with basic queries as I need to arrange multiple scans. I am suffering terribly with pain and desperately need help. Both times, they have completely ignored me and decided not to respond.
Like other reviews have implied, they seem to have major issues with customer service. I can’t recommend MRI Plus at all…
…and I believe the fact that two members of staff have left five star reviews shows how unethical this company is. Paid employees, who are not patients, should not be allowed to falsely bolster their company’s ratings. (I have taken screenshots of these as evidence. Hopefully, they will be taken down).
Booked a Gold package MRI for a family member. The service from start to finish was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. CD of images provided on the day and radiologist report received within 2 days as promised.

Illegally charged £1000 to my klarna even though I didn't even book that service. I called every day for them saying they will sort it bit still haven't. Now taking legal action against them.
I came here recently for a private MRI for my neck. I chose the bronze package and opted for the extra CD with images for £25. Communication with reception is great and staff were friendly. I asked for extra earplugs for the scan which helped a lot with the noise of the machine. I had my images straight away and it took only two working days for my report to be created. I can't fault MRI plus at all.
I chose the Silver package, to get the CD images and 2 day report. Scan was quick and efficient and staff very pleasant. Report was received late afternoon the next day. CD taken home on day of scan. Very pleased with the service received.
I booked mri on Monday, booked for the next day. I picked silver package at £299. (Cd with scan & 2/3 days to wait for report). My results came in 3 hours after my scan. I got told I had arthritis which is what I expected. After all the negative comments I was worried. I went to mri Plus because location to me & the price. The staff was all really nice, especially the receptionist. not much waiting around. Got my results in a few hours. I would recommend. I would go again. I will say it is cold, put jumper & socks on. Lol.
