I wish they would display their prices properly. I've been.overcharged twice in the last year but protested and got my refund.
On the plus side, there was one guy a year ago who was very efficient and friendly. I know they serve the local community in Whiston but they can do better.
No prices on any cakes in the windows. We found everything to be nice apart from the chocolate profiterole which had awful fake chocolate icing on top which tasted disgusting.

Needs to stock more items that's are favourite sellers.
Rude to kids, applying minimum spends to cards, unpleasant all round.
