Just like to say a big thank you to the whole team at Motorbelle. What a brilliant job they did on my car! Done the job well within the time frame quoted. My car recently went to Motorbelle for an accident repair via my insurance company. All the staff were brilliant, especially Ben, Charlotte and Nick.
They are a friendly family-run business and did exactly what they promised, a superb job. The black metallic paint colour matched perfectly. And Nick gave me some great advice about keeping my cars paintwork looking good. I am a fussy perfectionist and would happily use Motorbelle again.
I would highly recommend Motorbelle to anyone looking for an honest, friendly reliable accident repair service or car body shop.

They completed the initial repair to the side of my car 9 months ago and was very satisfied with the customer service. Due to an issue with the primmer used some of the paint came off the repaired door. They quickly had the car back and repainted within 2 days, all under warranty. I am very happy with the level of service I received.
Friendly staff, great customer service and they did a very good job with my car. No problems at all. Dropped my car off to and they did the rest. Ben made me feel comfortable and gave me all the information I asked for. Terrific job!

After a car accident nobody wants the added stress of dealing with insurance, garages and being taken advantaged off. I was recommended to Motorbelle by a friend, and straight from the get go, Motorbelle's attitude and efficiency put the stress at ease. Not only did they keep me updated by friendly phone calls, they went the gave me photograph and video evidence of the progress.
The standard of work they produce is outstanding and this is equally matched with their costumer care and welcoming attitude. They gave me outstanding results, amazing rates and a welcoming attitude, for me you cant put a price on that. They've totally put themselves above their competitors as being a leading provider.

In January, I had Such a positive first experience when needing the whole side of my car redone due to an accident with amazing staff and in particular Ben for always being on the end of the phone. Courtesy car was so helpful.
Sadly, this was not the case today. I have had a accident where the front wheel and axle will need replacing so when getting my car delivered, was told that the staff will not move cars around for us to drop my car off and that it needs to be in a particular position when it was clear my car would not go due to the damage. One member of staff was Very rude and abrupt and felt as if my car was more of a hinderance than it’s worth.
Such a shame but Ben was great as always and Charlotte was so helpful with originally organising the drop off.
Poor customer service, booked car in to have the repair done in 3 weeks only to be told on the day it wouldn't be ready for a minimum of 48 hours and no care or compassion to commitments of a key worker. Was recommended these guys, but wouldn't recommend them myself to others.
JUST AWFUL. No customer service skills, was not kept informed regarding my car repair. My car was also not fixed when I received it back - which is the whole point of it going into a garage. They damaged it - which they obviously deny and were extremely rude about this, including the manager Nick. Along with not fixing engine damage which they knew about as they told me they were trying to fix it. I never received bill breakdowns or anything that I requested afterwards. Would NEVER use them again and not recommend them to anyone.
