Never again. I order frequently from here at night due to my work schedule. Via Deliveroo. Usually there's no problem beyond the occasional missing item or things haven't been substituted. Reading the reviews here I can see that the staff clearly have issues. Tonight, after I left a 3 star review on my last deliveroo order, my driver suddenly decided not to show up. I figure its a fluke, I order again. Instant denied order. If you can't handle a bit of criticism on your service, get a job in a different industry. Willing to bet it was Sonia based on other comments! ????
Lady (cashier) is very very rude, I heard she was saying to customer needs to do quick shopping and leave shop within 30mins (customer was in they age of 70s)
Toilet can’t be use because she was cleaning even without leaving sign on floor, poor health and safety brushes n cleaning kit on floor, as pictures… some elderly people can easily fell over.
At the counter called Sonia extremely rude staff i never experienced before. She try to overcharge and argu with me. Avoid this store or beware of sonia
Request manager to take action against her

This is the only place in Hamilton on a Sunday morning open at 6am.
With a Morrisons Hot drinks and Breakfast Bar / Pasteries available.
They do have Costa coffee vending machines available as well.
Emergency Essentials supermarket a little abit expensive thou.

Great selection of goods to purchase although fuel prices are alittle higher than most I've seen.
This place is terrible ???? service is rubbish, arrogant staff. They serve hot food and drinks in there with seating area. But the toilets out of order for 2years . It's a joke. For some reason they don't like you using them . One of the staff admitted to me that there is nothing wrong. the out of order sign is there for no reason and they keep it looked.
