Ordered tonight after a stressful day.
Cheesy chips came with a dark hair in.
So rung the shop expecting to be met with a replacement and a apology.
Instead a rude aggressive man, accused me of always complaining, that the hair was infact my own when my hair is blonde! ordered a number of times in the last year and never complained, always left good reviews on just eat. Put a thumbs up that we were happy.
Shouting all sorts down the phone at me so i tell him to not worry and he will now get a bad review as seen as his customer service is so awful.
He then rings me back to threaten that if I leave a bad review he will never deliver to me again and hangs up.
Absolutely fine by me, I dont want hair in my food, or to be met with his customer service again.
Accidents happen, Just apologise and rectify it. You have lost a customer for good now.

Morland Fish and Chips on Morland Estate Highbridge ???? in future I will drive to the other shop or another chippy and avoid burnham morland at all costs.
i ordered 2 big cod and 1 chips and 1 curry sauce £24 but only had 1/2 the chips , and only eat half of the fish ! , so put Asda sweet and sewer sauce on the next night 4 meals for £12 per day delivered and the fish was still crunchy so you cant get better not unless your greedy LOL .
We waited for ages for our order then when we tried eating our food the chips were cold and tasted very fatty. The battered sausage was really greasy! All in all it was really disappointing ????
DON’T EAT FROM HERE!!! First lot of fish was burnt, went back and they agreed after some deliberation to cook us some fresh, they then asked us if it was cooked enough! Took it away, to find that it tasted foul (off), was dripping in an orange looking grease (clearly old oil!) and the fish itself was cut so thin that it was difficult to tell if it was actually cod. Went back in and asked for a refund. Refused to give it to us initially, however after about 20 minutes we got the refund for the fish. Will be reporting them to the environmental health and trading standards when they open in the morning. Disgusting!
I ordered a small batter sausage it was quick but the batter was so rubbery and tasted odd and the sausage was pink
Ordered food through just eat, gone off lettuce and no drink, rang, they said there was no way the lettuce could not be fresh.I do not appreciate someone insinuating Iam lying, and that if I wanted a refund on my drink I would have to go into the shop. Not good service at all
Delivery driver wasn’t happy he had to walk up the stairs to get to my flat. Muttered something under his breath after he made the delivery! Food was ok but I won’t be coming back ????
Had a treat day out for my birthday with my husband. We decided to have fish and chips from here. The lady serving us was so polite and friendly and other staff were nice too. The food was absolutely delicious, couldn't fault it at all.
