AA took my 16 year old KA to Monument as it was experiencing ongoing issues with coolant system 2 weeks ago. So glad they did otherwise I wouldn't have found this garage. Monument were the 5th mechanics who had looked at it and the only ones who managed to fix it. They were so thorough and KA running like a dream now. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Mike and team
I broke down on 18/08/2018 and the AA took my Mini Cooper S here, calling it one of their "recommended garages" where I had a new alternator fitted. This then failed on 09/01/2019 where it was replaced under warranty. This then failed again around 27/2/2020 where I was told it was no longer under warranty. I then took the car to another garage where they advised I had been fitted with a reconditioned alternator. I didn't have any more problems after having the alternator replaced at the second garage...
Had a problem with my car took it hear ,they sorted it out straight away, job done. Thanks monument.

Took my car here in November 2021. AA recommend! Had a new clutch pack fitted, costing me £1200. Took it back twice as it was playing up! This week my car was undrivable! After having a full diagnostic check done….. I was told the car needed to be scrapped!
These people had over filled my transmission oil and there was lots and lots of metal pieces in the fluid. This has completely destroyed my gear box and is now un-repairable!
They were not forth coming at any point when having my car! I asked if it was worth having done and was told ‘yes, the car is immaculate with only 70000 miles!
Shocking company, shocking management.
Each time I called for an update they ended the call! Couldn’t take the car elsewhere, as they are the only people local that specialised is DSG gear boxes!
I will be taking this further!

Used for the fist time this week. Excellent service. Staff are lovely. Kept up to date with everything. Nothing is too much trouble for this garage. Would highly recommend. I won't be going anywhere else other than this garage in the future.
Very helpful and honest family run business. Took my car there for MOT for first time (11year old car) and it passed with one minor advisory. They advised me I could return for free oil top ups etc due to also getting a service there. MOT and full service cost about £260 which I'd say is very fair.
Used them for the first time today.
Done a great job on my brakes.
Very friendly, very good communication about the work being carried out.
And great value for money.
Even cleaned my car for me as well Excellent ????????????
