I had a problem with my car which needed fixing quickly and after reading all the very positive reviews, contacted Eddie. He offered to see me straight away, fixed the car at a very reasonable price and provided the reassurance I needed. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would not hesitate to use him again.
One of the best mechanics in Darlington! So reliable and trustworthy. I’ve had to use him on three occasions and all three times he’s had my car back on the road so quickly. Amazing prompt service. My car needed a new gear selector, got a quote from another garage but was getting let down on dates for car to be fixed.
I rang these guys, out next day ti diagnose, advice on where to get part, delivered in 3 days and fitted the following. Biggest plus was these fellas saved me £500.

Absolutely spot on - car was stuck on driveway with a flat battery, and couldn't get it moved to get to a garage. Gave MMD a call and they were out the same morning and sorted within the hour. Even sourced the most affordable battery available to save on costs. Will absolutely be back next time we have any issues. Cheers again!
I had to change brake disc, pad and clipper… I thought I might have to leave in garage for few days but he took prompt action to fix this… got quotation and few hrs later it was fixed.
He is just a call away to help you, and to advise you with appropriate action to take. I would recommend him if you required to fix your fault ASAP and struggling to get dates in your local garage.

Service was v good but price was £320 to change 1 tyre.
Nothing properly discussed regards quality of tyre but assumed it was similar quality for price being paid. Going from a continental on a 1yr old car and fitted a cheap £60 khumbo grugen tyre.
If explained beforehand it wasnt a like for like replacement id of said no for that price.
