Staff have been really rude and snappy.
Cut my finger spoke to pharmacist on Saturday he gave me a ointment to put on it the swelling has gone down and blister has gone this has saved me a trip to the Doctors as I was really worried about it Thankyou mj moore
My doctor sent a prescription for emergency meds to the pharmacy yesterday at 2.30pm.i called in today at 11.30 to pick up my prescription and was told they had not recieved it.i telephoned my doctor to see what was going on and was told it had definitely gone through. Back to the pharmacist to be told again they had not recieved it.i then phoned the doctor again who asked me to ask the pharmacist to check thier "spine".so back to the pharmacist and hey presto my prescription was there and ready. May i suggest that if the workload is too much that they employ more staff or give up the contract to supply prescriptions from doctors surgery.
A course on public relations wouldnt be a bad idea either. The staff's manners are appauling and the lady who finally gave me my prescription never uttered a word just thrust the packet in my direction and walked off no address or name check just a dirty look. All i was requesting was my much needed prescription instead i got lies and excuses.

Very inadequate and Rude head pharmacist
I went in to pick up my prescription and instead was given someone else’s heart medication with my name and details on.
I thought at 1st it was just a different brand or something, was called digoxin, but luckily I read up on the leaflet and realised it wasn’t mine.
I returned the meds and never kicked up a fuss as I think mistakes can happen, but could been bad consequences had I not read the leaflet.
A few days ago my wife bought be some cbd oil to try and help me sleep, turns out we paid £35 for something that went out of date in 15 days. My wife returned the item to be made to feel something the head pharmacist had stepped.
She returned to me in tears as he spoke to her very badly in front of customers and staff.
He never spoke to me in the same way, which has me to believe if you are a vulnerable person he will speak to you however he feels, very rude.
Wouldn’t swap the item as he said it was my wife’s fault for not noticing it was out of date.
All other cbd items that go out of date end of March have now been reduced to half price.
I never asked for a refund, just to get an item that is still in date, wasn’t bothered about the money at all just to get a product that I can use before it goes out of date as 13 days is not long enough to use the cbd oil before it goes out of date.
The counter staff have always been very friendly and helpful, shame they get let down by an incompetent and very rude Pharmacist.
I would think twice before getting prescriptions from here.

I would give less than a star if I could ... I went in to see if I could pick up my medication as they had 6months worth of prescriptions ment for delivery and they hadn't sent them out so I asked if they had my tablets in for me to pick up they had none so I got told they would deliver by Thursday Friday latest it's now Monday so I rang up to see where my tablets were and they hadn't sorted them out and the silly uneducated dogs body didn't listen and said they didn't have any prescriptions for me even tho I had told her about 20 times they had a bunch that I brought in a month before she put me on to somebody who knew what they was talking about but all I could here was the other woman saying hang up on me!!!! I'm epileptic and need to have my medication without fail and they messed up and then you ring up to find out where my needed medication is and get spoken to like a price of doggy do on the bottom of their shoe nevermind the fits they have caused me to have though their incompetence
Very poor service overall . 3 of my online prescriptions have been mishandled in the last nine months alone. On one of the times I had to have an emergency replacement prescription, and then travel to the other side of Blackpool to collect my medicines.
I would not recommend this chemist to dispense unless you want to spend ages sorting it out . Staff were very rude on two occasions refusing to accept responsibility even though it was clearly their fault. Even one star is too much.
Never get your medication straight away. Almost every time I am told "we can't find it on our system" just to wait around and have them find it 5 minutes later (if you're lucky) and if you're not lucky, you ring your doctors to double check it's been sent (which in my case it always has), check back with the pharmacy that same day and it magically appears.
Extremely poor service. The assistant didn't listen to my request to give me the price of my private prescription. Had to wait for 5 mins before even being acknowledge at the counter. Unhelpful.
