Freundliches Personal. Wenn man mit französisch nicht mehr weiter kommt, geht auch englisch.
Sehr gute Ente (ich hatte Menu 46), das Fleisch war zart-saftig und sanft gewürzt. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Die Ente wurde nicht sauber entbeint.
C'est une très bonne adresse, délicieuse cuisine et très bien accueilli !

Randomly saw this restaurant and went twice in 4 days! While most other Asian restaurants in Switzerland are too fusion and tastes are adjusted to local, Ming Xuan’s food choices are relatively concentrated and fairly authentic. Another fulfilling experience for my Asian stomach.
The fish fillet in spicy broth is good, could be more spicy.
The crab meat and asparagus soup is good as it has a lot of pepper, really warm you up.
The pad Thai is not bad, but could be less sour (too much tomato sauce?)
I’ll be back again if I’m in Lausanne.
Accueil toujours très chaleureux et service au top.
De dehors on imaginerait pas un si joli restaurant, ameublé de la sorte. On croirait être dans une rue en Asie selon où on est assis (sous les petits toits de tuiles recomposés par exemple).
Quant à la nourriture, rien à dire, tous les plats que nous avons goûté sont excellents. La grande carte peut faire peur, mais il y a une partie thaï et une partie chinoise d'où le grand nombre de choix de plats.
Super restaurant!
Le goût des plats est authentique et pas trop européanisé. Les quantités sont bonne (ne faite pas d’apéro ailleurs avant d’y allé).
Les plats peuvent être épicés, de se fait: pensez de demander moins ou pas piquant.
Un restaurant qu’il faut tester !
There is a calm, rather dark and red decoration that made a comfortable and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant. The service was quick. The midday food was just OK: no special presentation, the choice of dishes was simple, rather pricey for the quality and taste of the food.
Wouah !!! Que c’est bon que c’est bon ! J’aurais commandé toute la carte !!!
