A fantastic local pharmacy
My local pharmacy where I collect repeat prescriptions on behalf of my elderly mother. Staff are always friendly and professional. Waiting times can be extended but this just shows how popular and necessary this pharmacy is. It's nice to see that independent pharmacies are still managing to compete with 'big pharma' eatablishments. You get a real personal feel when you visit.
Really bad experience, will not recommend to choose this pharmacy.
Many times when I requested them to put in a request for my medicines to the surgery, they never put in a request and kept saying that the surgery has not sent over the prescription.
I confirmed that with the surgery today. The worst thing was that when i called him to ask him about it , he hung up the phone. Not professional at all.
Terrible attitudes, no manners what's so ever. Disgusting, not organised and dirty.
Went in for a Covid vaccination today but walked out!! Watched the man administer 3 vaccinations without washing his hands and they even took a dog in for one vaccination and stiill didn't wash his hand or clean the room. Totally unacceptable and complaint raised with NHS
5 stars from me as I have been using Mim pharmacy for a few years now as they are ever so kind and helpful and they go the extra mile. Calls are answer with great advise. Much appreciated thank you Mim pharmacy and keep up the good work.
Tbh didn't have much to do with this place as I was picking someone up however a member of staff helped my passenger so will give 5* for help given.
Rude staff. Handed me 2 boxes of paracetamol didn’t bother put in paper bag. Pharmacist was under 18 and was walking up and down the store asking main pharmacist if he was doing the correct thing. I am dyslexic and was not given instructions on how often I should take medication. Additional medication had to be ordered in to pick up the next day. I came the next day to pick this up and was told this medication had not been ordered and will be reordered again.
