Amazing service, my car had some issues and I went over for an emergency. Despite being busy , were incredibly helpful and kind, helped me get back on the road as soon as possible and my car works good as new. Definitely reccomend!
Old-fashioned service (in the very best sense of the word!) - they got me out of a real fix even though i’m not a regular customer. Highly recommended.
I can't praise these guys enough. I had a slight issue with my hand-brake holding the car while towing my caravan. They checked it out for me on their ramp and reassured me that it was
perfectly ok and it was just that I had fitted new brake pads which take a few days to become properly embedded. I asked them how much I owed them and they refused to take any money. They said they just wanted to make sure that my vehicle was safe.
I popped into Millbank Garage this morning when my tire pressure warning light came on and was incredibly impressed with the service delivered. My problem was dealt with immediately but more importantly, the mechanics were so kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend that anyone holidaying in the area who experiences car issues use Millbank as a first port of call.
Mill bank garage saved our holiday! We had a juddering wheel and turned up on spec after being recovered by the AA. They quickly sorted the problem for us no issues. Honestly we can't thank you enough! The girls from Stoke. (Will take the right turning next time) ????
Called yesterday and were very helpful giving advice regarding a punctured tyre. Was really grateful.
These guys rock, good value, honest garage. The only downside is they (along with every other garage in cumbria) are so busy you have to book months in advance. Always worth calling up for a craic though. I love em.
Spoke with Jeff/Geoff when I needed a tyre change after a severe puncture on my rental car. He talked me through the entire process and worked quite hard to get me out of an otherwise sticky unpleasant situation. He is truly a magician.
I absolutely loved the service and would recommend this Garage over and over again.
