I cannot express how amazing the team are at mile end garage.
As a woman I find it quite intimidating entering a garage when I have so little knowledge on cars. Previous garages haven't made me feel comfortable and I feel that they haven't been honest with what services have needed to be done.
Mile end garage is completely different. I cannot express enough how genuine the team are. My car has been seen by them a few times and not once have I felt intimidated, leaving feeling stupid or ripped off, normally I would need my partner to come and hold my hand and then for him to translate car talk to me ???? not anymore!

These guys are legends! My first visit was for MOT which went very smoothly and done in good time. The second time was this week - clutch failed on my car on Tuesday evening, rang them Wednesday morning and had a curtesy car 10 minutes later and my car all fixed up within 24 hours. Mile End was recommended to me by my Dad who is a former lorry fitter/ mechanic so that in itself speaks volumes. It’s great to find somewhere trustworthy to get my car worked on, a good job done and not get ripped off :)
Called the garage with my problem and could they possibly have a look. They said to bring it straight in. After a quick look the problem was diagnosed. They know my car is for my work. A courtesy car was immediately given and off I went. Always honest, friendly and reliable.
