Took food for takeaway previously it was ok, however this time food and customer service was appalling. One side of the shop had a lot of water that looked like pee. My family sat down without realising the state it was in as they were extremely hungry. Only to realise that my wife dress got wet with the dirty water. When confronting them why did they not close that section off he just says it's water coming from the garage without even offering an apology. Absolutely appalling customer service and food was really bad quality this time with wings burnt and soo oily. Also the bun was rock hard so had to tell him to give me another one. Again no apologies, he just hands offer another bun.lol Please avoid at all cost!! Really bad hygiene and staff dont give a monkeys about customer service. Really ruined our day.
I used to sent the bill amount through bank payment as this shop doesnt accept card payment. They only take cash. But recently i sent the money via bank they blamed me for sending money. I dont know why they keep insist me to give them only cash. The food were already cooked in bulk sometimes. This is the thing i felt from here !! No offense.
It very nice and polite I recommend this to family friends and mostly children after school is a goood treat

PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! It’s sad because this was my childhood chicken and chip shop back in the day. But things have gotten worse here in terms of food hygiene. I recently went there and ended up getting extreme food poisoning from the wings. Ended up going to A&E. Please walk up the road around 10 minutes and go to Morley’s instead. They won’t serve you old contaminated chicken.
Rude staff and dirty shop and food is just poison ????, don’t eat there if you care about your health.
I dare say this is the best chicken shop in Maryland. I especially like their chicken poppers. Their fries are great, thinner and crispier than most chicken shops which I love.
Not great but not totally bad either. Best visited when really really hungry or when you have no choice to reduce the shock of regret. As far as fried chicken goes, I've had 10 day old oil that tastes better. Prices are fairly cheap...... hence the third star.
