The air suspension on my BMW X5 packed up the day before going on holiday. After trying to get into numerous BMW garages, Gary at M G Autos saw the car straight away. He diagnosed a problem with the compressor (pricey part from BMW), ordered it and fitted it the next day. One of the suspension bags was also leaking so he replaced it with a spare he had from a previous job. He did a great job and really got us out of a hole - thanks Gary!

I moved into the area a few months ago and last week I had my catalyst converter stolen so ordered a new one and went onto Google to find my local garage and M G AUTOS came up. So I gave them a ring and they said yes bring the down to us and we will fit it for you. Happy days great service great price. This will be my garage from now on. So nice to have a garage you can trust and not get stung.
Really excellent all-purpose garage and conveniently located for me. Good friendly service and no nasty surprises - tells the truth and gives the best advice possible. Mechanically knows his job and executes it well. Will definitely be doing more business here.
Rare to find such a kind and honest person in this day and age. Don’t usually review but I felt compelled to because good honest folk should be celebrated. Thank you very much for your help with my car. Much appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and to go there again with any car issues.
Stay away from this garage. I took my car to him because of the reviews on google. However he is very rude. He damaged part of my car, and did not provide any sensible solution for repairing it. later another mechanic identified that he had not properly carried out repairs on the car. Instead of offering to look into it for me, he made excuses was very rude and cut off the call. I will not be going back.
I used Gary to repair my car. He showed me the old components to show the work he had done. Found him to be very conscientious and honest. Will be using him from now on
