What a fantastic service and a team of dedicated, caring pharmacists. My 5 year old daughter developed symptoms on a Sunday evening and I had no joy calling 111. We were seen at Medway Pharmacy very quickly and they were able to call 111 on our behalf through a fast track service. They allowed us to wait in the car as my daughter was getting irritable whilst they waited for a call back and came out and got us when the doctor was available to speak to us over the phone. We were prescribed antibiotics and the pharmacists worked quickly to sort the medication for us. Thankyou so so much to you all for your kindness and compassion! You went that extra mile and meant that my I could get the antibiotics into her very quickly. Best pharmacy I have been to.
Things are always in stock. Very rarely something isnt available. Yes, there are queues but at least you get your medications 99%. I have had experience with other pharmacies always missing items and delayed pickup thereafter. Keep your good work!
I have a very poorly little boy that was discharged from hospital with tonsillitis and ear infection. I could not find anywhere to get his prescription. I drove out to this pharmacy and even though he was closed due to not being my funded by the nhs (which is madness) he helped me instantly. I can’t thank him enough . This pharmacist was kind , helpful and completely considerate of my situation. Iv finally managed to get my sons first dose of antibiotics into him . Thank you ????
The service and compassion received today was so refreshing. The team were so friendly and helpful, they helped my younger daughter who was in pain with tonsillitis There is no doubt I will use this Chemist again , they deserve a huge shout out for what they do.
I was referred by NHS 111 and, although it was quire late on a Sunday evening, they were very helpful and sorted out a phone consultation with a GP very quickly and even stayed around so I could collect my prescription after closing time. First rate service
Can always rely on Medway Pharmacy. Firstly, they’re the only Pharmacy I know that stay open till 10, they’re always so friendly and welcoming too. Most importantly, after not being able to get an appointment with my own doctors (as usual) they were able to see me and prescribe me with the medication I needed, thank you so much xx
Visited yesterday to buy Night nurse and sleeping pills for son, very helpful team. Counter staff did make sure that I am not going to misuse the pills as both contains drowsy ingredients. Pharmacist and all staff were happy despite time being nearly 9 pm. Very good example for other pharmacies to follow , I wish this pharmacy was near my home.
This pharmacy is best in Medway. Granted a couple of minor mistakes have been made but we're all human. Sonni is always there to correct and help. The guy with the pony tail is super helpful and always polite and friendly. Parking can be a little tricky, but Sonni always goes above and beyond to help his customers.
