Actually rank. Baked potato came and was green. Tuna mayo had an ungodly amount of mayo in it. Sprite never came. The “famous garlic sauce” was curdled and rotten. Then the chicken nuggets had enough salt on them to give you heart failure.
Burgers were excellent; patties were juicy, well-seasoned and the meat was top-quality. Chips were skin-on and thick really adding to their flavour unlike the usual anemic fries from other burger joints. Price for the burger box for two was a bargain as far as I'm concerned and the staff were incredibly pleasant. Waited an extra six minutes on collection but given the above, I wasn't fussed. Will be back!
Absolutely disgusting service ordered at 4.40 and didn't receive till 7.20 after calling to chase up multiple time, burgers arrived cold and looked like they'd been stamped on. Completely tasteless mush looks nothing like advertising. Appalling service, they shouldn't be in business if they cannot provide the food to the standard they are charging for. Overpriced rubbish, more ended up in the bin than anything (even the dogs wouldn't eat it!)
Tasteless, burger swashed to a pulp whilst being delivered, cheese sticks still frozen. So disappointed by how just plainly bland and tasteless for the price, better sticking with McDonald's or burger king, cheaper and better value
Really disappointed. Have ordered a few times from here. When the order is good, it's really tasty. However food quality can be a bit inconsistent, not bad but cold chips etc The delivery drivers have always been friendly and polite so this is not against them. The big issue is delivery time and communication. Two hours after placing my order this evening I managed to make contact with them (on 5th attempt) to find my meal hadn't been even been started yet. Although the staff member was polite, they were not particularly helpful. I was advised I could cancel on the app but when I couldn't find this option I called back. I was then advised it would not be possible to even complete my order. Not sure why there is such an issue with an establishment offering deliveries. This is at least the 4th time there has been a similar wait over the last few months. Whatever the issue is, it is getting worse not better. Its a shame as I did like the burgers!
Me and the missus got an order from here recently and thought it was OK so when we had a couple of guests round on Sunday we opted to go with this place for that as well.
Was absolutely awful. Order took over 2 hours to arrive. Had to chase it up twice and staff were unhelpful and seemed like they couldn't care less.
Food finally turns up to us all totally starving and they couldn't even get our order right. Not exactly complicated stuff. I selected for no gherkins on my burger and got some anyway. All 4 of us ordered cajun fries and only 1 of us got them rest of us got regular fries I mean wow really how do you mess that up?!
Total shambles. Won't be ordered again from this place and neither should you. Avoid.
Ordered 2 burgers and chips at 6.20 twice there was a notification that the order had left then 2 hours later it arrives cold, I phoned and was told it couldn't be cold it only left 29 minutes ago, it beggers belief they can expect it to be still hot in half an hour in a paper bag. Will not buy again from here even for collection. Only offer we received was to get fresh burgers and chips within half an hour but didn't know if that was including the 29 minutes traveling time.
We have ordered 3 times from here and although the food is good each time they have forgotten something. Last time it we ordered a chips and curry sauce and we got dry chips. Before that it was dips both times we ordered and never got. We payed extra for curry sauce and dips but never got them so phoned the second time we ordered to let them know we had missing items last time and the reply was we were busy, no offer of extra sauce or anything. Even after I phoned them to tell them about missing items our next two orders were still missing things.
