Terrible service. The lawyer I was using did not complete any work in anyway a timely manner and I ended up just giving up. The staff in the office are incredibly unhelpful and uninterested in anything you need. Trying to get paperwork returned to me was a great hassel and trying to get in touch with the lawyer was nearly impossible. I would contact the lawyer directly and not hear back and when I phoned the office for assistance I was told they just had the same contact details I had. Would not use.
Please don’t use this Company based in Shawland’s Glasgow.

They have a bad reputation.
Our experience of this company was when one of these solicitors (I won’t mention names ) was used by the buyers of our house - he disappeared out the country for weeks without leaving anyone in charge of his work (we were unable to ask any questions during this time ), he ignored communication from our solicitor, he asked for paperwork that wasn’t legally necessary (our architects plans ), he repeatedly asked our solicitor the same questions even tho he’d been told the answers before - he delayed our moving date twice at very short notice (the 2nd time on a Friday when move was supposed to be Monday ) - lastly - he was still questioning our extension work (when it was all legal ) at 10 am on the morning of the move. They weren’t our solicitors obviously - thank goodness - but I would never recommend them - they caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and extra payment at our cost, to our removers - our own solicitor told us they have a reputation for being difficult to deal with. If it could be Zero stars it would be. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE !!!! Avoid avoid avoid
Do not recommend. We started off with one lawyer , then they furloughed her and the next basically started from scratch with us - which was really frustrating for us. We filled out all required paperwork, numerous times, however the firm held on to money which should have been returned to us. Really poor service, despite them taking thousands of pounds to settle a simple will. Please go elsewhere
Highly professional, friendly and efficient service. Mr. Henderson works diligently, explains so good very patiently (English not my first language). I have and will introduce them to all my friends' circle.
Still waiting on payment from late friend's will who died at least 2 years ago! Despite numerous email reminders no one replies! Appalling service!
Mr Henderson is the nicest man. He has dealt with a number of matters for me, and my family, and it is always done with the utmost professionalism.
I have used Jennifer Rennie at R & R S Mearns often for many years now and find she gives a first class with great attention to detail
