UPDATE - Ordered food online yesterday (19/4/24), collected it and visually checked it when picking up. Got back home - Big Mac box with a Chicken Sandwich inside, Quarter Pounder looked horrific, a portion of salt with some over cooked chips and no sauces or napkins. Restaurant is hopeless, not fit for purpose and needs a complete overhaul.
Newly opened and clearly staffing issues and a lack of or poor training. Complete disaster from beginning to end - cold food and item missing, drinks sat for so long the ice had melted, no straws, no ketchup, no napkins and staff just looking at each other. No one expects it to be perfect at the start but using paying customers as guinea pigs is unfair.
Close it down, get it sorted and reopen. Simple.
Ordered breakfast for delivery, items of food were missin, items we ge got were wrong, phoned the restaurant n was asked if i could go and pick up. Which i said no as it was a delivery, i asked could they not send mising items back out, to which the response was no, as just eat is seperate, so i would have to contact just eat for a refund and make a new order
Complete shambles. Place was empty and i was the only one at drive thru. Me and my son were starving and after waiting 15 minutes we get our food. Drive home home our burgers weren't plain even asking at both windows if they had my order as PLAIN. Both members of staff advised "defo plain". Gets home, and not only were they NOT plain, they didn't have our 2 portions of mozzarella sticks, and hadn't given us our Chicken nuggets. Tried phoning and no answer. Can't go back with it coz ive too much to do, hence getting a fast food take-away . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE STANDARDS. I wasn't looking for anything complicated ffs, it's McDonalds, but to specify something twice, and to still get it wrong, and forget things out my order, just shows how incapable the staff are and how poor this place is managed/run.
PLEASE DON'T GO NEAR THIS MCDONALDS, STAY AWAY, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE & SHAMBOLIC FROM START TO FINISH.
This restaurant are incapable of fulfilling a just eat order correctly. 90% of the time they fail to put items in the bag and this leaves the kids short on a Thursday when they have a McDonald’s as a treat. We are constantly having to drive to the restaurant, three kids in tow, to ask for missing items. Unacceptable. I would like details to complain and would like to see an improvement in this as it’s such an easy thing to fix but happens every time.
Went in the middle of lunch time on a Friday.

Longest I’ve ever waited for food in McDonalds. No sense of order or communication between staff and customers. Got home to find food was missing from my order, went back up and was handed the burger without as much as an apology. Young staff that obviously do not care and no leadership of management to be seen.
Been in here the past week or so, and on both occasions, burgers and fries were cold. Also, the service is very slow, 15-20 minutes waiting for food at counter inside. Only been opened a month or so, maybe the staff are still learning !
Waited 40 mins for my food, one worker called Noah refused to take my order and then proceeded to vape in the back whilst listening to oasis and putting my meal together and was careless in packaging my meal also didn’t receive to ketchups I asked for as he was eating them in the back, wont be back.
SHOULD BE FIRED !!!
