great honest service. Our business moved to the local area 1 year ago and since then we have had several works vehicles repaired and every time they have given very reasonable prices and on times not even charged us for diagnostics. A well run local family firm and highly trustworthy.
Pleasant folks but charged me £67 just to replace the oil in a Fiat 500!!! That’s maybe 20 mins work. Won’t be going there again at those prices.
We got mugged off.
Got quoted a price and told nothing else would be done only for my partner to arrive and collect the vehicle and be informed more works had been undertaken that we weren't advised off.
Spoke to some moody chap who was useless.

Highly recommend, they actively get you best price on parts etc. I have had Toyota, Volvo and Vauxhall serviced with them and I have always been happy with their work.
Had to get a repair done and was quoted £450 when I collected the vehicle the bill was over £600 and this was because of the extra 1 hour labour and they never advised there was VAT on top. I had another repair booked in and again stated £30 and then they mentioned it would be £42 and ended up paying £96! so when asking for a quote make sure you ask them if there are any hidden charges as most garages I ring they give you the full price with VAT if applicable. and if you are to obtain a price they should explain whether it includes VAT or not considering customers still have to budget for it.
I have used McDonalds Motors on about 5 occasions now, for regular MOTS, plus a few little issues with my car. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Always friendly and helpful (despite how busy they always seem to be), forthcoming with advice and reasonably priced. Thanks guys!
Asked repeatedly if a car would pass MOT for a number plate issue (I had shown them in person), was told yes repeatedly. When I left the car with them, now said it wouldn't pass. In addition, no courtesy call when requested so I could leave to collect in time despite already being aware of the issue.
Proceeded to tell me I had an attitude issue when I complained that my time had been wasted.
Avoid, there are lots of other garages in the area.
Very convenient especially when I work next-door at Ercol Furniture Princes Risborough. Just drop your car off first thing in the morning. Drop the keys in an envelope and post it through the letterbox. And if everything goes according to plan depending on other issues, collect the car directly after work!
