My first time with this practice and I’m a very anxious patient , it was explained before making my appointment and told that the dentist I would see was great with dealing with his patients in this situation. I was also told that I could bring someone with me in the room.I arrived and the receptionist greeting was friendly and approachable. I didn’t wait long to see the dentist. He came out to greet me personally and instantly put me at ease. Asked me some questions and explained everything in detail, what he was doing, why and gave me options to the treatment that needed doing. He also said he will give me extra time at the following appointment so he can keep me at ease incase I needed it. The dental assistant was also friendly. At the end of the appointment I was given the option as to book the treatment needed or to go away and think about if I wanted to go ahead, no pressure to book then. I was so happy and comfortable with the practice that I did indeed book a following appointment, so my treatment will be on going and will review again in the future.
Was really pleased to get NHS placement but have had a lot of trouble with cancelled appointments there end and confusion of what I am there for when I eventually got in there. Nevertheless was more then happy to give me the treatment I needed rather than the check up they had planned for me. Also all staff were very friendly and helpful so will adjust my review to reflect as have upcoming appointments over the next few months.
Grateful we have a local dental practice which is responsive to their clents' particular needs, open to questions, and able to arrange timely appointments. Receptionist always welcoming and helpful. Dentists and technicians all very professional and kind, particularly for the nervous.
Always a good service from this practice, Karen receptionist has always managed to fit me in at sometimes short notice, Dental surgeon Dr Hamid Medhi is very pleasant person and explains the treatment to you.very caring.

I have had excellent dental treatment and as a very nervous patient I found Dr Mehdi extremely kind, patient and professional. I felt safe and confident with him. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to help me. Thank you so much.
