Came across this garahe by mistake after my mercedes developed a fault on a long distance trip. This was the closest garage i could get too whilst in limp mode. (My breakdown company quoted me 3hours for recovery!)
The chaps are very bubbly and diagnosed what was wrong with my car and got me back on the road in about 90minutes. Since then i have visited for simples things like disks and pads just because of the friendly and great workmen ship i recieved.

Unprofessional , do not recommend , had a service and MOT booked today , arrived at 9am closed no sign on door ,had no message stating why waited till 10.25 had received no call from owner ,I called and texted ,was told he was having tyres fitted . Total disregard for customer care, When he did arrived he said he couldnt do the MOT till 4.15. should not be running a business , obviously out of his depth .
An excellent, professional team. Craig got my car into a serviceable state within a tight time frame as I needed it back for an important journey. Very pleased with this garage and will use it again and again!

I was quoted £550 for repairs after my son's MOT failed - but it came in at £670. I discussed this with the mechanic that I would have to pay this in 1 week as it was a lot higher than I was quoted - I was told this was fine, but I received a phone call from the owner demanding the money immediately a day later. This made things extremely awkward for me & my family for the next month. In addition, despite the cost, the handbrake on the vehicle still doesn't work (which is an MOT failure) so I'm not too pleased.
I also had my car booked in for the same service, but I changed my mind about which garage to use. I tried to call Mastercraft for 3 days! I could not reach anyone to advise them I wasn't attending.
I will not use again.
