Excellent service, a good friendly local garage and MOT centre that deserves to do well. We all know big tyre and exhaust centres that tempt you with a half price MOT test then make up £300 worth of "faults" in order to get your car through the test, so forget them and give an independent like Marshall Avenue your business and deal with someone straightforward and honest. My husband was conned by a used car dealer who sold my husband a dangerous car with multiple faults. John was recommended to us and he has been amazing. He is upfront and honest and will not over charge or get you to replace stuff you don't need. He has practically replaced everything over the last few weeks, been patient with the heap and turned it into a working car. On a personal level we wouldn't take either of our cars to anyone else
Both my husband and I are having work done on our cars here. I highly recommend John. He has always been friendly, helpful, and honest with us, which is refreshing as normally garages charge the earth. Have recommend him to friends and will continue to.
Booked in for mot, told to drop off at 9am and would be second job, phoned garage at 11.30 to be told not started yet as waiting for part for another car, told him we did not live in town and was killing time, he didn't know when it would be done so we collected car and booked elsewhere, all it needed was a courtesy call to explain the situation, will not go again.
Took car fir mot .done in the morning. Work required done. Price was fine
Absolutely fabulous service, carried out the work on my car, very friendly and professional, could not ask for anything better.
