Worst customer service and careless staff ever seen in my life. I have been to this shop to collect my parcel from Amazon. They damaged my product and no apology also blaming me why did I liquid product from Amazon. Amazon should cancel the click and collect service from this stupid people.
Not recommend and never use this address to collect any parcel from Amazon.

Had to return my parcel, the guy at the counter was rude and didn’t make me feel welcome at all. I had a problem with my parcel and had felt embarrassed. Will not be returning here again.

The guy used to keep the change unless you asked him for it. Theres an ATM in here and lots of other quick stuff.
