Disorganised chaos. Told me it would be 5 to 10 minutes. Stood there like a plum for an hour until they eventually realised how long I'd been there. I even asked on multiple occasions for them to check my prescription. Each time told me they'd check and would be a few minutes. I was not the only one waiting for ages. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Regularly open late despite meant to be opening at 0900, more (0908/0912). Annoying when you wait for 0900 and it’s longer. Abrupt staff who prioritise staff in uniform over others (ambulance employee picking up personal medication was pushed to front of the queue)
This place has improved immensely, largely due to a rather new lady pharmacist ,who normally is there on a Monday, this lady is very good nothing seems too much and will go above and beyond to help, they have increased the staffing witch also helps.
Over all service in Bewbush pharmacy is great, staff is kind helpful. My only issue with the pharmacy is the flooring! Which is absolutely unhygienic. Very dirty, its because of the carpet flooring. This does not reflect how a pharmacy should be presenting, especially where drugs are being prepared and sell.
I truly believe this needs urgent action, not sure if your establishment audited or monitored by any infection control team.

I wish I could not even give one star. First you give my partner attitude and just tell him my medication is not there. Finally get text to pick up at broadfield pharmacy, they give bewbush a call and now they have the cheek to say they have my medication but I refused to go there. I will be reporting the ladies in this pharmacy . Learn better customer service and learn to show respect to others if you want to be treated the same way. I recommend DO NOT USE THEM.
Fantastic pharmacy with great service. I had been to 4 big pharmacies who didn’t have my medicine in stock and said they could not order it in but Mannings ordered it in next day for me. 5 stars.
Rude.
My daughter had to pick up a prescription for me because I have Covid. She felt very intimidated by the staff and they were very rude. I have a prepaid prescription certificate but they didn’t believe her so demanded to talk to me on the phone. Apparently their system isn’t up to date because one quick check on the website and my certificate is very much valid. I’ll be changing pharmacy now. Very polite on the phone but not so polite to a 16 year old in school uniform.
I have been using this phamarcy since 2003. The staff is always polite, very helpful and discreet when necessary. The chemist is really helpful, he's always got a kind word and remembers people
Everytime I've had to have a private consultation he has bern spot on, helpful and reassuring.
