The most rudest pharmacist I have ever dealt with, which is why I normally only deal with Pharmacy2U. On the rare occasion I needed help with medication, they were utterly useless and worst of all disrespectful and disgustingly rude. They were utterly disorganised, having lost and misplaced their own ID cards and access cards which prevented them from doing their job properly.
The pharmacist shouted at me in the store in front of others customers/ patients when I desperately needed emergency medication which was referred from 111.
Awful customer service and no duty of care to patients.
Don’t bother going here. There are better trained pharmacists with suitable and appropriate qualifications.
First rate delivery service regarding an urgent prescription, much appreciated.
I went to this pharmacy around 10:40am this morning and personally a wonderful customer service they actually saved my day by their help. From the lovely woman behind the till with her joy and good spirits to the lady that basically made sure that I can finish my shift and make my money. I’m really grateful and thank you very much for this magnificent first visit in your pharmacy.

Usually nice service when buying stuff, but my missus bought some newborn cream from the pharmacy which was unsealed. We wanted to return the item, but were refused because "how do we know you haven't used it" (the item was sold without a seal by the manufacturer but this isn't obvious till you open the box). The value of the item was so low and having paid cash, we couldn't be bothered.
Considering their approach for an issue with a £2 cream, I would highly advise any client to just walk the 100 feet to the nearby Boots which have a much better customer service if something goes wrong. As a side note, a similar item was available at Boots with a big warning "do not use if seal broken".
Your free, prescription delivery service is first class. Your delivery driverer does a great job. Thank you!

10 -13.00 then 14.00 -18.00 Sat. 17.00
There is no mention of this on the Maltings Surgery Patient Access System.
For the elderly who are given the privilege of grocery shopping 8am to 9am the pharmacy opening at 10am is of no help at all. Perhaps they will reconsider and open at 9am to accommodate the elderly and vulnerable who cannot wait an hour in town for the pharmacy to open.
The entire staff are wonderful. Kind, professional, attentive. I couldn't fault them... Special mention to Ingrid and Jason... Well Done
