Stopped and paid £2.50 minimum car park charge so we could use the public toilets only to find them locked with a vandalism sign on there. Had to use the library toilets. Town council need to get their act together, apparently, absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!

Ok place to park, close to town. Toilets were out of order and machines only took coins.

Visited Machynlleth on market day and just after a cycle race had passed through, the town was heaving but there were still some car parking spaces available. Very narrow, one way road entrance. And approx £1 per hour. Easy to use machine, I used coin (can't remember if it accepted card or not).

Not good if you’re a motorhome planning on staying the night, youths doing doughnuts in their yob mobiles late at night then lorry drivers loading early in the morning. Parking machine took money without issuing ticket, obviously as neglected as the forlorn little town it sits in. A town best just driven through, preferably with a bulldozer!

Car park has contactless card reader, though when I tried to use it today with multiple cards authorisation failed. So make sure you have coins! EV chargers also available in the corner.

Pay and display, only takes coins so bring plenty along. Toilets were closed for maintenance. Welcome to Wales

Always park here as plenty of spaces, also free overnight if in camper ( until 8am)
