I have been here twice and on both occasions who I believe is the owner/manager was horrible to her staff, shouting at one lady both times I had been here just made it uncomfortable and I felt awful for the waitress she was doing her best!!
First time I went in I had a jacket potato which was very good value for money, was really nice, iced latte was gorgeous!
Second time I had a panini, nothing special and my partner didn’t get what he asked for, it was dry and just not as good as when I came in before.
Such a shame as could be a lovely place just shame about the manager/owner!!!
Best pies we have had in ages. Friendly staff and super fog friendly. Would definately eat there again and try their afternoontea. Two ladies were over the moon with it.
Atmosphere and cuteness drew us in and friendly greeting and service. However, be prepared to wait when busy as very slow to bring out order. Milkshake to die for, ploughman's a bit limp, with grated cheese??! Breakfast bap filling tasty, bap rather sad. Overall not massively impressed
Served a piece of fudge cake that was very stale and inedible. When we paid for our drinks and flapjack (which was fine) they were totally disinterested. Cake should be fresh not dried out from sitting in a cabinet for too long!! Could not recommend.
The cream tea was delicious, the scone is on the small side for the money. Good cup of tea just the right strength. Service was very good. Demand is high so I know the high price is justified.
Lovely little cafe with friendly staff and tasty food, fairly priced. (Also do order their coffee, its yummy and all purchases help a local charity)
We've never been in here before but ended up going twice over the Easter break. Food and service were great. Highly recommend ????
Enjoyed a nice coffee and tea cake on a cold morning. Staff pleasant and service quick, this is a nice enough cafe, with lots of cakes on offer.
I would come back here again, and tell others about it. To the owners i would say competition is fierce and may need to think of ways to stand out more.
