Though fully booked out, Alistair took a look at our van vibration problem, even taking the time to take it for a spin. He diagnosed a dorm wheel bearing, and though he didn't have a slot to repair it himself, he advised us to call ahead to Fort William and get the part ordered, so get it fixed en route to Dublin. Wouldn't take any money for his help, and it meant that we were able to carry on with our journey back home. Lovely guy.
