I do not use MacCallums so i do not know about their work or prices at all. What i do know is that when my window broke on a Sunday when everyone was shut he took my car in overnight to keep it secure and dry and then delivered it to my normal garage without thinking about it. These guys attended via the AA when the brakes failed on my van at the Dunoon ferry with my kids in tow, 3 hours from home. They could not have been kinder or more helpful on a rainy Sunday evening in January to check the fault and get recovery organised.
Was able to take my car in at very short notice (despite the fact they were clearly very busy) and received excellent advice as well as a short term fix in order to get my family back from holiday. Could not recommend highly enough
