Mark and all his staff are amazing, helpful and kind. Took my Golf R to them yesterday (after Mark had come to my house to get it started) They installed a new battery and ran tests, which found further faults that need sorting by VW, which Mark called for me while I was with him, absolute top stars for these guys. Massive appreciation.

Fantastic, no other Garage would look or even touch my convertible, mark has fixed my sunroof had the Vehicle for a short amount of time , happy days thaks so much.

Helpful, friendly, professional as always. What a good garage, we are lucky to have them.
At first we were very impressed by the customer service as we were on holiday when our car started to make an intermittent grating noise. Car was looked at the following day when they looked at the brakes and said it would be ok now, but far from it, we did wonder if we would make it back home. On returning home we managed to get the car into our usual garage almost a week later when they said straight away its probably a stone. It was indeed a stone in the brake callipers, so why was it not removed the first time as they said they had looked at the brakes. My thought is that we would take it back and waste more money. I was going to ask for a refund but after reading other reviews decided to just put it down a garage to avoid in the future. Still waiting for the invoice which was going to be posted as no one in the office to do one for us.
On holiday and staying in St Teath when the turbo blew on our Hyundai. After a phone call Mark came out and recovered our car, us and 2 dogs and gave us a loan car while ours was fixed.
Very good service, friendly and efficient, a proper old school garage.

I have replaced my car brake pad didn't last long having said that no one expecting long long but still not good you know what I mean? And lady in the reception told me they'll send me a invoice after I have paid but big "NO" never received one.
Told me that I needed a new starter motor. Fitted it. No, the earth cable was faulty.... On hearing I was thinking of scraping the vehicle the manager decided to help me by getting rid of some of his unwanted used oil by pouring it in my engine which resulted in it not being able to start without difficulty. Another time had a fuel leak on another vehicle which matey tried to fix with metal glue. It did not work. Was charged £30 for this nonsense. Go to the other garage I would say to anyone.

We had an alternator failure nearby on a Friday afternoon, they ordered the part and had the car repaired and ready for us by the time we returned (in their complementary courtesy car) the following Saturday morning.
