I've been using Mark & Steve for around ten years now. Reliable, knowledgable and trustworthy. Fair prices, certainly less expensive than most of their competition. They are usually busy (a good sign), but can fit in emergencies when required. I'm very happy to recommend them.
Mark & Steve have been looking after all my cars and vans for the last 20 years. Even though I've moved away from the area, I'll still go out of my way to get all my servicing and maintenance work done by these two very friendly and knowledge 'friends'. Highly recommend Mark & his son, Steven. I totally trust what they tell me my car needs by way of work. They do a professional & thorough job. They are polite & courteous &, their prices are very reasonable. I can have a courtesy car for the day if I need one. I recommend them whole heartedly.
Last minute phone call as my brakes were sticking and really overheating.
Mark was very quick and friendly, phoned around to find the parts to be delivered that day and stayed later than he was supposed to to make sure my car was repaired and safe to drive.
Life saver! highly recommend to anyone.
AVOID. Charged me £70 more than repairs quoted without asking and for what was unnecessary work not allowing me to take the car home until it was paid. When i got the car home it had been deeply scratched all down one side of it, and had a large dent in the wing. Vehicle was clearly accessible and unlocked at times while there. No response from M&J, reported to police as criminal damage.
Always ready to help great guys easy to talk to and they get the job done at a very fair price always use them for all my cars
